This is part of the CC1125 Development Kit - The kit includes the SmartRF Transceiver Evaluation board (TrxEB), which has a number of useful features for development of prototype software, as well as USB connectivity making it possible to connect the board to a PC and control the radio from SmartRF Studio.

The CC1125 device is a fully integrated single-chip radio transceiver designed for high performance at very low-power and low-voltage operation in cost-effective wireless systems.
